Website form submissions may be delivered by email and/or saved in a server-side submission record, such as a CSV file. Video links may point to third-party services such as Google Drive, Dropbox, iCloud, OneDrive, or similar platforms.
We use reasonable steps to protect submitted information, but no website, email system, hosting provider, or third-party service can guarantee complete security. Parents/legal guardians should avoid submitting unnecessary private information.

9. Third-party platforms
This website may link to or use third-party services, including YouTube, Google Drive, social media platforms, email providers, web hosting services, and payment services such as Zelle. Those services have their own privacy policies and terms.
If a video is shared on YouTube or another public platform, the platform’s own rules, analytics, moderation tools, and privacy practices may apply.
